Clearwood recognizes the impact of the building industry on the global environment. We realize that our reputation is based not only on our continuing commitment to quality and customer service, but also on our commitment to the community, both locally and worldwide.

Architects, designers and contractors realize this dilemma to the building industry as well, which is why more  project specifications are calling for eco-friendly products and manufacturing techniques.  In cooperation with this vision, Clearwood’s products can assist a project in the contribution of LEED points.  Many of the raw goods we use in our cabinets and countertops are obtained from suppliers that contain post-consumer recycled content or rapidly-renewing resources.   By using low VOC (volatile organic compound) finishes and implementing a Greenguard certified adhesive system, as well as fabricating with NAUF (no-added urea formaldehyde) core and compliant laminates and veneers through regional suppliers, our manufacturing methods help you achieve the ultimate goal of providing not only a structurally sound product, but an environmentally responsible one as well.
